Grassway Organics is a 490 acre grass only dairy and beef operation that moved to the East Troy area in 2017. We will talk about internal water and fence line for four times a day rotation. Tour our swing 16 milking parlor with newly added farm store. Take a deeper look into mobile hen houses with an emphasis on insect production. Enjoy a closer look into our composting system from our winter bedded pack. Ending the day with music and pizza at our Pizza on the Farm Event (pizza available for purchase).
